The start of the new year also brings the start of the next phase of the build – the driveway. Currently our driveway is so narrow, Alex can’t get our of his car if he parks at the front of the drive.

In this phase we will be looking to do the following:

• Widen the entrance to the driveway by about 3 metres.
• An new gravel driveway , with increased parking for up to 5 or 6 cars.
• New paving and steps for the front of the house.
• Re-turf the front garden.
• New fencing and gates for the side of the house.
• New patio at the back of the house.
