- Planning application granted
July 2019
- Building regulations and structural drawings completed.
- First tendering process.

- Secondary tendering process
December 2019
- Builder selected
January 2020
- Project kick off meeting with builder, plumber and electrician
- Minor amendments to plans submitted to council
- Part wall agreement completed
- Updates to building regulations and structural drawings
February 2020
- Approval for the non-material amendment to the planning application.
- Kitchen design finalised?.
- Garage door chosen?
- Planned start date
